Kimberly Jones is the Chief Executive Officer of Kelton Legend, LLC, a multidimensional talent acquisition consulting organization. Our marquee declaration, Always Up Always Forward, speaks to our desire to lead the market in creating world-class talent strategies that are dynamic and results driven.  Kimberly is fortunate to have worked for some of the most recognized corporate brands in America. Her evolution as a Talent Acquisition Professional includes senior leadership roles at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems, GE Aviation, Raytheon, Honda, Nationwide, and Servicon Systems. Additionally, Kimberly is an Instructor at University of California, Irvine where she teaches within the Office of Continuing Education’s Global Human Resources Program (Technology Applications in Talent Management).

Kimberly feels fortunate to have experienced a variety of globally unique talent acquisition encounters and confidently boasts that she has created strategies to staff positions on all seven continents and two planets.  She successfully completed a 6-week deployment to Antarctica including 3 days at South Pole.  Kimberly is a fierce diversity advocate who champions the “Power of Collective Imagination”.  She is a graduate of Wilberforce University where she obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management.  She has been a featured speaker at conferences such as Human Capital Management Diversity Conference, ERE, National Diversity Council, and Smart Recruiters.
