Adela Jamal was most recently Executive Director of Professional Services and Workforce of the Future at Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) in Los Angeles, California. Prior to SPE, Adela worked with technology-focused consulting firms and startups in the San Francisco Bay Area.  Adela is deeply passionate about helping women and underrepresented communities thrive and has been supporting and leading numerous DEI programs over the last decade. (She was Co-President of Sony Pictures’ Women In Technology EBRG from 2018-2021, and founded the Caregivers EBRG for Sony Pictures in 2020). Adela has a B.S. in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and is currently a MIT Sloan Fellows MBA class of '22 candidate. Cristina Muñoz is the CEO and Founder of Proyecto Moms, the platform that connects professional women with flexible job opportunities across Latin America and Former Procter and Gamble Executive, as Talent Practice Manager for Latam region. Cristina has been recognized as 100 women leaders in Chile 2021, Latin América HR Influencer 2020 and Visionaries under 35 2019, mainly because of her deep commitment and passion about gender DEI initiatives and helping women to return to their careers and organizations to increase their gender representation.
Cristina is a Psychologist with an Organizational Development and Change Management post Degree from the University of Chile and Gender Strategy Certificate from INSEAD.

Shannyn Smith is the Founder of The Capital Boutique. She connects female founders and funders to increase access to capital. She is an Innovator in Residence at the MIT Innovation Initiative, exploring gender diversity of Chief Investment Officers. Shannyn was of the Boston Business Journal's Power 50: The Movement Makers. She was the “Marketer of the Year” at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and recognized by PM360 ELITE as one of the most influential people in the healthcare industry. Shannyn launched her career in strategic communications in NYC. She earned her MBA from MIT Sloan and her AB, cum laude, from Harvard.
