Dr. Neva Helena Alexander (Dr. Neva) is the author of two books Females’ Guide to Understanding Leadership and #Risingleaders. Dr. Neva is the founder of NEVA Alliance Training, a company based in New York that provides professional development workshops locally and globally. In this episode, Dr. Neva explores how harassment differs globally and what we can do as a society to change.
Dr. Neva is a lifestyle expert from a global perspective and has vastly traveled the globe to several countries in learning and understanding other cultures. She is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at New York Institute of Technology, and City of New York University SPS Program. In addition to being an educator in the classroom, she trains and coaches people from every walk of life and profession and she has published educational research.
